Kevin began with CBRE in 2011 in the Global Research and Advisory Division, where he focused on the retail investment market and provided comprehensive analyses on market factors from the economic and financial perspectives.

He is now part of the Victorian Retail Investments team and dedicates his focus to Victorian sub-$30 million retail investment properties, from freestanding Woolworths or Wesfarmers-leased investments to sub-regional shopping centres.

 Kevin’s expert fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese makes him an invaluable asset to the Asian Market team, who, thanks in part to his skills, remain market leaders in transacting commercial property to buyers mostly from mainland China, Malaysia and Singapore.
